Welcome to Blue Haven! The sanctuary you have been waiting for. The newly built waterfront 4 bedroom/3 bath home has a gorgeous heated pool, sun deck, and a lighted private fishing pier. There is something for everyone to enjoy. There are 2 kayaks and the pier has a lower platform for easy kayak launching, a privacy-fenced backyard, Adirondack chairs around the pool, and off-street parking for 8 cars.

Walking into this home, you are in an open-concept living area with a sectional couch and plenty of seating to gather or watch TV. The fully equipped kitchen has 3 seats on the island, a dining table with seating for 8, and a high chair. The home has two primary bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a "kids room" with a twin trundle bed. There is a third full bath off the main living area for the guest and kids' rooms. The layout of this home is perfect for family or friends.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
