There is a separate hall, with the second bedroom having a queen-sized bed, the third bedroom having two double beds, and a full bathroom.
The couch can be converted into a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra guests, and the home has a full-size washer and dryer. The backyard is fully fenced, and there is even an outdoor shower. This home also has ample parking space for a boat or up to 4 vehicles.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
