Welcome to Pier Pleasure I! This home was made for family and friends to gather with its private lighted fishing pier, game room with pool table, and ample outside seating to relax while you grill your fresh catch and watch the fantastic sunsets over Copano Bay.

Walk into the first floor of this home, and you are in the game room with a pool table and seating area to play games. There is a full bathroom with a shower on the first floor and a sleeper sofa in the game room. Interior steps take you upstairs to the main living area., a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen with a wrap-around bar with seating for six and a dining table for 8. An oversized sectional couch for plenty of seating to relax and watch your favorite team while taking a break from fishing. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are off the main living area. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private screened-in porch. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has both a queen and twin bed which share the third full bathroom. There is also a desk that overlooks Copano Bay for working from home.

Items Provided:

Sheets, blankets, pillows, coffee, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, bath towels, makeup towels, trash bags, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board, washer and dryer.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
