Situated in the prime location of the Ocean Reef Cottages community, it offers a pool view from the front balcony and pond views from both bedrooms. Parking your boat is effortless, with 12' exterior ceilings for convenient back-in boat parking under the home.

Upon entering this beautiful home, you are greeted by an open-concept living space with a dining table for 6, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and 3 barstools, and a spacious sectional sofa with a queen sleeper and a smart TV. The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, while a guest bedroom on the opposite side of the hall features a full-size bed, a twin bunk, and a twin trundle. An additional full bathroom and a washer and dryer are located off the main living area.

Guests can unwind in the community pool after a day of fishing, exploring Rockport Beach, or shopping downtown.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
