The pier has amenities like a fish cleaning stand, freshwater, rod holders, and seating for 8 individuals. Additionally, you'll find 2 kayaks with life jackets to explore Salt Lake, and the pier boasts a lower platform for easy kayak launching.
The covered patio area includes Adirondack chairs for relaxation near the pool. You can also utilize the charcoal grill to prepare your fresh catch while savoring the breathtaking sunset over Salt Lake and the refreshing breeze.
Inside the home, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath. One guest bedroom features a king-size bed, while the other has 2 double beds. The living room sofa can be transformed into a queen bed, comfortably accommodating 8 guests.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table for 6, bar seating for 4, and the living room features 2 sofas, an armchair, and board games. Each bedroom and the living room are furnished with a TV, internet, and Wi-Fi.
A covered balcony with a counter-height table is ideal for admiring the sunsets over Salt Lake. The property also includes a privacy-fenced backyard and parking space for up to 6 vehicles and a boat.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
