Welcome to Birdies Cottage! The newly updated home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, boat parking and two Huffy Bikes. It is 3.5 blocks from Aransas Bay, where you can start your morning with a walk down Water Street and end your evening relaxing in the large backyard while grilling your fresh catch.

Walk into this home and you are in the light-filled living room and fully equipped kitchen for your home away from home. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The upstairs loft area has two queen beds, TV and a window bench made for unwinding. The second full bath is off the main living area.

Birdies Cottage is the perfect location to explore Rockport. You are one mile from the downtown shopping on S. Austin Street. It is a relaxing place to return to after exploring the shops, restaurants, or the local winery.

Rockport Beach, Little Bay, Rockport Harbor, and the festival grounds are only two miles from the house. Birdies Cottage has two 26-inch Huffy Cruiser bicycles for you to explore Rockport as well as beach essentials for you to play in the sand at Rockport Beach. The long driveway can easily accommodate your boat trailer for those early morning fishing trips.

Sheets, blankets, pillows, coffee, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, makeup towels, beach towels, trash bags, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
