Welcome to Sugar’s by the Sea! This gorgeous 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom is located in the perfect location, City-by-the-Sea, where you can easily access Rockport and Aransas Pass.  Enter through the garage and open the barn doors to discover the perfect outdoor entertaining space with a TV, bar, and lounge seating to enjoy the view and relax.  There is a full bath for your convenience.

Next, you will take the internal stairs to the gorgeous open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room with access to the patio and a dining table.  It is the perfect place for indoor or outdoor entertaining.  All bedrooms are located down a hall from the main living room. You will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, a large ensuite bathroom, and a closet on the left. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds on the right.  A full-size washer and dryer are off the main living area.  The living room also has a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The boat lift is not available for guest use, but you can tie your boat to the dock and a fish cleaning station for your fresh catch.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
